Climb to Cure Duchenne: Pick your Peak
Teams of people across the country will climb a mountain, hill or tall building to raise awareness and fund research to find a cure for Duchenne. Do it yourself or put together a team and encourage your friends, family and colleagues to sponsor your climb. You can set up a fundraising page to fundraise money to help find a cure for DMD.
Getzlaf Golf Shootout
NHL hockey player and Anaheim Ducks captain Ryan Getzlaf hosts an annual 2 day charity golf tournament event to help benefit Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy and helping to find a cure for the disease. Click below to watch the video from lastyears 2nd annual Getzlaf Golf Shootout.
Cajun-Parrot Cure Duchenne Run
The Cajun-Parrot Cure Duchenne Run is sponsored by a man by the name of Jim Ruetz who choose three cities across the United States and motorcycles to these states in order to raise awareness and money to help find a cure for Duchenne. Last year he covered over 7,000 miles, 10 states, Providences and territories in the US and Canada and raised $10,000. This year he invites you to be a part of the Cajun-Parrot Run.
