Treatment
As of right now there is no treatment for Duchenne's but researchers are continuing to work hard to find a cure. Treatment is based on each individual and treatments are done in order to slow done the worsening of the symptoms. Below are some ways to slow down those symptoms.

StretchingExercise can help build muscle, keep the heart healthy, and help you to feel better overall. Stretching is also a good way to help loosen the muscles and help them not get stiff. To the left is a video that teaches good stretches to have someone help you complete.

Diet
What you eat is also very important because it can help to keep your muscles safe and not get damaged as quickly. Foods that you should eat more of include:
- Fresh Fruits and vegetables
- LOTS of protein, like chicken and fish, eggs and beans
- White bread
- A lot of sugar
- Pasta
- Caffeine- in soda like Mountain Dew and Energy Drinks
